The AI Chatbot is a monthly rental integrated on 1 website with 3 capacity tiers: Basic — 1,000 AI responses/month (10,000-word knowledge base, from $18/month), Growth — 2,000 responses (15,000 words, from $29/month) and Premium — 5,000 responses (20,000 words, from $65/month). Each tier offers 3 / 6 / 12 / 24-month terms — no 1-month option, minimum term 3 months, longer terms get better monthly rates. The monthly token fee ($12/month) is the cost of maintaining AI operations after integration. Tokens are used each time AI processes customer requests – including chatbot responses, content analysis, product recommendations, etc.
Store accounts are not included. NAVI handles the entire publishing process: technical support for uploading to Google Play, App Store and TestFlight, submitting the app to stores and basic version update support. Clients only need to provide their developer account (Google Play & App Store) – which they register and pay for separately.
Maintenance service includes: basic operational monitoring, periodic backup, minor bug fixes, small updates within maintenance scope and basic technical support. Major changes or out-of-scope work will be quoted separately.
Hosting is charged per plan and per year. Each plan has different storage capacity (2GB – 30GB), all with 8GB RAM. You can choose 1-year or 2-year plans, with 2-year plans offering better per-year pricing.
