Terms of Service

These terms and policies apply to all customers using NAVI Website's website design services. By using our services, customers agree to all the terms below.

• Website interface design according to requirements.
• Website programming and feature installation.
• Speed optimization and basic SEO structure.
• Website maintenance and upgrades.
• Hosting and domain services (if requested by customers).

• Support revisions within the permitted scope.
• Additional requests outside the initial scope will be quoted separately.

• Website is warranted for technical errors within 03 months from the handover date.
• No warranty for errors caused by:
• +Customer's own source code modifications.
• +Installation of plugins/themes from unknown sources.
• +Virus/hacking due to poor quality hosting.
• Annual maintenance service (if needed by customer): 288,000 VND/month

• Navi commits to protecting all customer information.
• Customer is responsible for securing login information provided during handover.

• No refunds for deposits already paid.
• If Navi fails to complete according to the committed schedule → will refund the customer's payment according to the proportion of work not completed.

• After 100% payment, customer owns:
• +Website source code
• +Images + provided content
• +Interface design
• Navi retains the right to use the demo version in portfolio unless customer requests not to use it.

• Navi is not responsible when customers post content that violates the law.
• Not responsible when customers modify the website themselves causing errors.

In case of disputes arising between NAVI Website and customers, the parties shall apply the following principles:

• Both parties prioritize resolving disputes through negotiation and discussion in a spirit of cooperation and goodwill.
• If negotiation fails to achieve results, the parties may request mediation through an intermediary agency or commercial mediation organization.
• If mediation is unsuccessful, disputes will be resolved at a competent court according to Vietnamese law.
• All disputes will be resolved in accordance with the laws of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam.
